Confession 1
You all know how I absolutely loathe going to redbox or any of the karaoke places right?
Reason being I can’t sing.
Well, I went there once couple of months ago and shouted sung my heart out. Such a cheap (less than RM10 if you go during weekdays’ afternoon and free drinks included! Redbox’s ribena rocks btw.) way to de-stress (by shouting).
A few tips if you can’t sing (like me) :
- Go with friends who can’t sing. NEVER EVER go with those who frequent these places. How to sing after all the pros have sung? Don’t sia suey yourself.
- Go with friends who are there to have fun, not with those who are there to practice their singing skills so that they can become the next Twins or Jay or whatever.
I learnt that it is IMPOSSIBLE to sing along to Gwen Stefani’s hits ( Eg : hollaback girl, wind it up).

Go with those who won’t laugh at you mah can di loh. Not everyone can sing wan mah, no need say sia suey or not lah.
rb : my frens who like to go to karaoke can sing wan lar. why do u think they like to go so much? to show off their singing lar!

Not every one who likes to go singing likes to show off also wan mah. Next time don’t go with your friends loh.
rb : har? if i don’t go with my friends, then who should I go with??? alone?? SIAU. the purpose of me going is to have fun with my friends!

I encourage her to sing more, like that only can improve mah. Hehe…
