reality really bites

something happened couple of weeks ago that left me burning with rage. but the anger seems to subside as i tell more and more people about it. but i cannot blog about it because it wouldnt be the same! i must say it out loud. remember to ask me when you see me. this reminds me, i have to get rid of “poisonous” friends. hah

something also happened a few days ago that made me wish if IT ever comes true, i’d better be six feet underground by then. as the cantonese would say, mo ngan tai. i also cannot blog about this publicly but heck, the thought of it is damn disgusting okay.

someone also said something couple of weeks ago that made me nod my head in agreement (macam bodoh saja). it’s something to do with our current political state. i find what that someone said to be so so true. of course, i also cannot blog about what this someone said. but i would be happy to tell if you ask and i’m sure you will be nodding your head in agreement also.

everything also cannot blog, might as well siu ta (hokkien) la hor.

Lack of updates because I’ve been busy. ahem.

But this upcoming joyous occasion warrants a blog post from yours truly.

I used to watch Oprah (yes, the talk show :P) back in those days when I have all the time in the world. One particular episode remains etched in my memory (exaggeration). If I’m not mistaken, its the episode where Oprah had the wife of the late Christopher Reeve as a guest. Anyway, the wife said something like she is sorry she wouldnt be able to keep the vows (….love,honour and cherish….till death do us part) she made with Mr Reeve during their wedding because she will keep doing it forever.

One of my close friends, Mister Peter Tan will be marrying (finally!) a very wonderful lady, Wuan this coming weekend.

Peter is / has been a great friend, what with his sense of humour and sarcasm, not forgetting his wisdom *coughcough but maklumlah, sudah tua, of course will be wiser a bit. And also, how he and wuan always pick up the tab whenever we have meals, that I’m forever grateful for (hahaha what to do im el cheapo) and while we are at this topic, i would also like to thank mr tang for getting me some reese from the states recently.

This is the part where I’m supposed to insert quotes by so and so about marriage and maybe some cheesy lines but I don’t know any and I’m not cheesy enough though I love cheese.

I wish the both of you all the happiness in the world. =)
