Quickie
So I finally got around to calling the bank for the little problem I had.And I finally got through the HELPINE after got knows how many tries (from morning till evening okay urgh). So busy. Maybe the other callers before me had the same problem too haha.
And I don’t know whether I should be happy that I got it all settled with just a phone call or worried as from what I can tell, the person manning the phone seems to have all the details, such as oh you know, the answer to my forgot-password hint question (yes I forgot the answer to the hint question too). But I’m pretty sure they can’t see the passwords la.They had better be encrypted on their database!
Let’s hope I don’t pull this again but on the bright side, it’s not that hard to solve it, just a phone call will do.
And I’m late for dinner. Ta!
